Why we built Resayil for the Gulf first
WhatsApp is the dominant messaging platform across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman — with penetration rates exceeding 90% in several GCC markets. Businesses in this region live and sell on WhatsApp, yet most WhatsApp CRM platforms on the market are built for Western markets: English-only interfaces, no Arabic RTL support, no local currency billing, and no understanding of how GCC businesses actually operate.
Resayil was built to close that gap. From day one, we designed every feature with Arabic RTL as a first-class requirement — not an afterthought. Our interface renders correctly in both Arabic and English, our template builder supports Arabic WhatsApp message templates natively, and our billing system accepts Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) payments via KNET and major credit cards through MyFatoorah, so GCC businesses never have to deal with foreign exchange friction or USD-only invoices.
