1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resayil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and any organization using Resayil on behalf of its users.

2 Service Description

Resayil provides a WhatsApp CRM and AI automation platform that enables businesses to:

• Manage WhatsApp business conversations through a shared inbox
• Create automated conversation flows and chatbots
• Send broadcast messages to opted-in contacts
• Access AI language models for reply generation (LLM API)
• Analyze messaging performance and customer data

3 Subscriptions & Billing

Resayil offers subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. Prices are displayed in your selected currency.

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required. Trial ends automatically.
• Payment: GCC customers via MyFatoorah (KWD/KNET); international customers via PayPal (USD/EUR/GBP/MYR).
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods. Unused trial days are forfeited upon upgrade.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Resayil for:

• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) to WhatsApp users who have not opted in
• Violating WhatsApp's Business Policy or Terms of Service
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or deceptive materials
• Harassment, abuse, or threats against any individual or group
• Illegal activities under applicable local or international law

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5 Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. Resayil is not liable for service interruptions caused by WhatsApp platform issues, third-party payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events.

6 Data & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, conversations, and data you input into Resayil. By using the Service, you grant Resayil a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. Resayil's platform, code, AI models, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Resayil and may not be copied or redistributed.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resayil's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Resayil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before major changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
