WhatsApp charges per conversation delivered, based on message type (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service) and the recipient's country. A "conversation" is a 24-hour session, not a single message. Service messages — replies to customers within 24 hours — are always free.

No. Resayil plans include message allowances (20,000 messages on Basic up to unlimited on Premium). You only pay Meta's conversation fees directly — Resayil adds zero markup on top.

There are two free windows. First, the 24-hour Service Window: when a customer messages you, all your replies within 24 hours are completely free. Second, the 72-hour Click-to-Ad Window: when a customer clicks your WhatsApp advertisement, all message types (including Marketing) are free for 72 hours.

Yes — Meta offers automatic volume discounts for Utility and Authentication messages starting at 100,000 messages/month. Discounts range from 5% (100K-500K) up to 25% (10M+). Marketing messages do not qualify for volume discounts.

Wati adds approximately 20% markup on top of Meta's conversation fees. Twilio charges an additional $0.005 per sent message and $0.005 per received message on top of Meta fees. Resayil charges $0 markup — you pay your plan subscription plus Meta's base fees with no hidden per-message costs.
