How to create signatures
Overview
The signature feature allows agents to personalize their messages by including their name, closing messages, or business information in chats.
Implementation Steps
To configure signatures:
- Access Settings - Navigate to general settings
- Locate Signatures - Click the "Signatures" section
- Create New - Select the button labeled "Create signature" on the right
- Edit Existing - If signatures already exist, view them listed and click to edit
Use Case Example
"If you want your agents to tell customers their names only at the first message of the conversation, and you want their names to appear right below their message," the signature feature can be configured to support this behavior.
