Chat Filters
Overview
"Resayil provides a variety of chat filters to help you manage chats efficiently." The platform offers pre-defined filtering criteria including status, assignment, labels, ownership, and chat type.
Filter Categories
Chats: General filters for all conversations, including "All active and pending chats," "Unread," "Resolved," and "Waiting" (customer has sent a message awaiting agent response).
My Chats: Filters specific to conversations assigned to the user, such as unread messages, waiting status, and auto-assigned chats.
Unassigned Chats: Specialized filters for unassigned conversations, including "Never Assigned" and "Previously Assigned" options.
Groups: Filters for group conversations including "Active," "Owned," "Communities," and "Inactive" status.
Channels: Filters for channel-based communication with options like "Mine" and "Following."
Labels, Departments, Campaigns, and Agents: Additional organizational categories for sorting chats by business structure and team assignment.
