Overview
Chat labels function as single or multiple-word identifiers that you can attach to conversations to organize and provide context. They help teams locate specific chats efficiently through customizable colors and names.
Creation & Management Locations
The platform allows label creation and editing from multiple areas:
- Number settings
- Chat interface
- Contact page
From Number Settings
To manage labels via number settings:
- Access your Dashboard
- Click the settings icon for your desired number
- Select "Labels"
