Create & manage team members

Overview

This article describes how to add and manage team members for WhatsApp shared chats, depending on your selected plan.

Access Points

You can manage team members from two locations within the platform:

  • Dashboard
  • Settings section of each device

Note: When using multiple numbers, the Dashboard displays agents from all numbers. To view agents for a specific device only, navigate to Settings > Team.

Adding Team Members

To add a new team member:

  1. Go to the Dashboard page
  2. Access device Settings
  3. Locate the "Team" section
  4. Click the "Add team member" button on the right side

Availability

The procedure is described as "extremely easy" and requires only a few minutes to complete.
