How to Use Template Variables

Overview

Template variables enable dynamic message personalization by displaying user-specific information. The platform supports variable syntax for quick replies, automatic replies, and API-sent messages.

Supported Entities

The system allows you to reference information from five key sources:

  • whatsapp: The connected WhatsApp number sending the message
  • user: The current user composing the message
  • chat: The target conversation receiving the message
  • contact: The recipient's contact information
  • date: The current delivery timestamp
