How to use automatic replies

Overview

Automatic replies is a helpful feature enabling you to send automatic responses to customers contacting your WhatsApp number in multiple scenarios.

Features

The platform supports five automatic reply types:

  1. Welcome message - Initial contact responses
  2. Away message - Replies for out-of-hours inquiries
  3. We are busy - Notifications about response delays (Business/Enterprise plans)
  4. Follow-up message - Re-engagement after message gaps (Business/Enterprise plans)
  5. Calls not available - Alternative communication methods when receiving calls (Business/Enterprise plans)

Setup Instructions

Before using Resayil's automatic replies, verify whether you've already configured automatic replies in your WhatsApp Business app and disable them to avoid conflicts.
