Show agents' name in chat using signatures

Overview

This feature allows contacts to see the name of the agent they're communicating with by utilizing the signature functionality in the chat interface.

How to Use

To implement agent name visibility in conversations:

  1. Navigate to the Chat section and open any active conversation
  2. Locate the text formatting section within the message box
  3. Find and select the signature icon/option

Example Use Case

"If you want your agents to let your customers know their name only at the beginning of the conversation and you want their name to appear just below their message," agents can apply this signature feature to display their identity in a consistent manner.
